The deadline to file a formal property tax assessment appeal is April 30, 2025.

All forms must be received by 5pm on April 30th (Appeal forms must be received by then and can be dropped off in person. "Postmarked by" does not qualify).
Upon receipt of your appeal form and supporting documentation, if required, you will be contacted to schedule an appeal hearing.
Dates and times for the 2025 Board of Assessment Appeal hearings:

May 27-May 30th 9am-4pm (if needed)
One evening (if needed).
