SPECIAL MEETING

                                                                                                            April 19^th, 1938

            A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Dover was held the 19^th day of April, 1938, at two P. M. The meeting was called to order by Vice-Mayor Frear and on roll call the following members answered present: Messrs. LeFevre, Keith, Millman, Vane Hinkle and Downes.

            The meeting was called for the purpose of checking over a delinquent tax list for the year 1935. The following properties were ordered advertised for sale by the City Solicitor:
