IMPORTANT FAQS:

• If you are currently enrolled in ASI Flex and would like to continue coverage, you must enroll again. Please remember, that you must enroll every calendar year for this benefit. If you do not enroll during Open Enrollment, your current contributions will not continue into 2025. 
• If you are not making any changes to your LID (STD, LTD,AD&D, and Life Insurance) plan then no action is needed. 
• If you are not changing your AFLAC policy, then no action is needed.
• If you would like to make changes to your beneficiary, please find the form in the LID Insurance packet below.
