Biographical Information 

Andre M. Boggerty is a visionary with a multi-faceted entrepreneurial, educational, and service background. He is a down-to-earth community leader devoted to encouraging people on the path to their destiny.

Mr. Boggerty is a native of Detroit, Michigan who relocated to Dover, Delaware in 1992 by way of the United States Air Force. 

He is an acclaimed author who holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wilmington College. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. He served as the Director of Human Resources for the Family Court of the State of Delaware. He is employed with the federal government specializing in employee and labor relations.   

Mr. Boggerty is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Psi Iota Chapter. He is also a member of the Dover Lions Club.  

Mr. Boggerty is the Founder and CEO of The Life Source Foundation, a not-for-profit geared toward youth and community development.

He attends Crossroad Christian Church. In his off time, he enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
