Council & Committee Agendas
Council and Committee Meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, Loockerman Street, Dover, Delaware. Council Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m., with an Open Forum held 15 minutes prior to the Official Meeting. Committee Meetings are typically held prior to the Council Meetings (time of meetings to be set Thursday, prior to scheduled meeting). Open Town Meetings are scheduled at the pleasure of the Mayor.
